If you tame me

I loved the below quotes from chapter 21 of the book – The Little Prince, which though is a children’s book, has some intriguing and deep perspectives for human life. I think that the book is a beautiful amalgam of a complex yet simple metaphor for life with a simplified story that urges the reader to explore the depths of social connections in a way like never before. It compels us to think about the people who mean something more than just a name in our lives and why they make us feel the way they do…

Do these below quotes make you think of something deep? Of some special people? Someone who has tamed you? Someone you have tamed? Someone you feel responsible for? Let me know in the comments below… If you have other favorite quotes from this book, do let me know 🙂

The Happyness Project – April 20, 2018

Little moments in our mundane days make our day a happy day. When my life was engulfed with a lot of chaos a couple of months back, I practiced gratitude, a habit of seeking ‘happyness’ in the little things in life and acknowledging the people behind the happy moments. It got solace to my restless soul and happyness to my heart. Once again, I continue on THP, wherein I list down at least 5 things/ people/ incidents which made my day a “Happy” day which I call “The Happyness Project (THP)”Continue reading
